About these terms
These terms apply to purchases from Seoul Skin Rituals, operated by Francisco Moisés Puertas Clemente, Calle Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente 1 38320 San Cristóbal de La Laguna, Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Canary Islands), Spain. By placing an order you accept them.
Products and use
Seoul Ritual 5 is a personal care device. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always read and follow the instructions supplied with each product. Do not use the device if you have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, are pregnant, or on broken, irritated or recently treated skin, and avoid the eye area. If you have a skin or medical condition, ask a healthcare professional first. Skincare products: check the ingredient list for allergies and do a patch test before first use.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include shipping to the United States. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. Applicable taxes are shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy, which we confirm by email. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable, a price was displayed in error, or we suspect fraud.

We aim to show products accurately. Images are illustrative, colours can vary by screen, and the packaging shown may differ from the packaging delivered.

Warranty
Our products are covered by the legal guarantees that apply to consumer purchases. If an item arrives defective or damaged, see our Returns & refunds policy.
