Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order to the United States. It is included in our prices.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days before they ship. Delivery estimates start once the order has shipped:

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees; weather, carrier volume and customs can cause delays. If your order contains items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

If we cannot ship your order within the time we promised, we will email you before that date with a new estimated date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Customs, duties and taxes

Some products ship from our partners' warehouses outside the United States. Customs duties, taxes and fees, if any apply to your parcel, are set by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. If you have a question about a customs charge on your order, email hello.seoulskinrituals@gmail.com. Applicable sales tax, if any, is shown at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking link once each package ships.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello.seoulskinrituals@gmail.com with your order number (and, for damage, a photo of the item and packaging). We will offer a replacement or a refund where the loss or damage happened before delivery. If your tracking says delivered but you cannot find your package, check with neighbors and your building, then email us within 7 days so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
