How to use: drag to select everything below this box (from the first heading to the last line), copy it (Ctrl+C) and paste it (Ctrl+V) into Shopify → Settings → Policies → Return and refund policy. Then Save.

We want you to love your ritual. If something isn't right, here is how returns work.

Return window

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

What can be returned

  • Seoul Ritual 5: unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories.
  • Skincare (The Centella Trio, Collagen Facial Sheet Masks, Retinol & Collagen Stick, Bee Venom Face Cream): unopened and sealed only, for hygiene reasons.
  • Warm Mist Facial Steamer and Vibrating Facial Skin Scrubber: unused, in their original packaging.

Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, does not work, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, and you will not pay for return shipping.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello.seoulskinrituals@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
  2. We will reply with the return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
  3. Pack the item securely, in its original packaging.

Returns are handled through our fulfillment partner. We will email you the correct return address and instructions for your return — please do not send anything to our contact address.

Return shipping

For returns that are not due to our error, return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service; we cannot refund items lost on the way back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Shipping to the United States is free and included in our prices, so there is no separate shipping charge to refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible at hello.seoulskinrituals@gmail.com.
